We're looking for English-speaking Sales Agents!

What is the job? The goal for the inbound and outbound sales rep is to ask strategic questions to gather information, thereby creating a custom needs analysis, from new sales-ready leads; developing unique solutions, and adjusting their sales pitch to highlight products and features that meet the needs of that individual customer.

The leads are qualified which means that our selling targets are achievable. We don't believe in setting up unachievable goals or bonuses. OB are basically renewals so current customers that we want to renew the contract. IB is new customers that we are looking to acquire but is people who have showed interest already.

Which is the industry? These are customers who have bought a home warranty with our client and are calling for assistance in different topics.

Your duties will/may include:

-Taking/making phone calls

-Assisting customers with all their questions, concerns and complaints

-Creating unique sales presentations per customer

-Scheduling/managing appointments

-Following up on leads

What are we looking for:

-B2+/C1 English level

-Experience in the #BPO industry is a big plus

-Some experience in the Sales Industry if you don’t have BPO industry is mandatory

-Prior #consulting or #sales experience

-Excellent communication skills, commitment and energy

-An eye for opportunity and attention to detail

-Passionate and hardworking

-Positive and problem-solver attitude

-Excellent attendance record

-Looking for a long-term career
