Role Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of facilities and equipment through the supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Graduate or final year student of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and capable of managing technical teams.
Intermediate English Skills

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, supervise, and control repair work for office furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of office assets.
Ensure the proper functioning of all company equipment, scheduling maintenance as needed.
Create, maintain, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety Program.
Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene policies.
Lead the industrial safety committee and oversee legal compliance.
Manage service contracts and advise management on cost-reduction projects and energy efficiency initiatives.
